How Karriere Fähre grew out of a journey between two countries.
Two countries, one perspective
Our founder grew up between Germany and Cameroon. She saw, on one side, German companies struggling to hire for essential jobs, and on the other, Cameroonian talent ready to train and contribute, but without a reliable bridge to connect them.
An agency built to last
Karriere Fähre was founded in Douala to close that gap: an organization that knows German requirements (language, qualification recognition, legal framework) and Cameroonian realities (training, support, trust) from the inside.
The name, a symbol
"Fähre" means "ferry" in German. Like a ferry connects two shores, Karriere Fähre connects two labor markets, one candidate and one company at a time.
